my husband and i have a great sex life and relationship, but sometimes I feel like he wishes that Im in better?

shape like I was four years ago.. I keep saying that Im going to get on my gazzel, but I just cant seem to get motivated... any pointers on motivation? My husband says that he loves me and thinks and even tells me that Im beautiful everyday, but sometimes i see him and hear him oohing over a pretty woman, with a nice body, you know the curvy slender kind. please help with some advice.
